Situated one and a half miles from the mouth of the Niagara River as it flows into Lake Ontario, home to some of the best boating and fishing in the world. The skyline of Toronto, Canada is visible on the horizon since you are only 28 miles across the Lake.  There are 12 docks available for purchase that will be deeded to 12 lots.  Our proposed waterfront amenities, which can be accessed by golf cart, include a gravel beach for launching kayaks and canoes, a concrete patio for relaxing and watching the sunset and a Boathouse with an elevated shaded deck.
