Alliance Homes Breaks Ground at Autumnwood in Lancaster
Reservations now being taken for 20 available homesites.
Andrew Romanowski, president and founder of Alliance Homes, is pleased to announce that Alliance has broken ground on Phase I of Autumnwood, a new community in Lancaster. Located off Bowen Road near William Street, the Autumnwood Community will consist of 20 custom homes on lots ranging from one-quarter acre to just under one acre; some will have pond views.
Floor plans for Alliance’s homes in Autumnwood will include ranch, first-floor master and two-story designs. Prices will start at $350,000.
